Payment and prices

Please note that no payment functions are currently activated, but work is in progress. You can only make enquiries about the products using the form for each product.

The terms and conditions below therefore do not yet apply and are subject to change. Please contact us to agree on deliveries, training, etc.

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order will be summarized at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as VAT.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

• Fixed price of SEK 40 (regardless of order volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within 30 days to the nearest delivery point.

Terms of delivery are also specified in the checkout under the respective delivery method. If nothing is specified, a delivery time of 30 days applies. If an item has a different delivery time, this is stated for the respective item. If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to fulfill the order, for example, when our supplier or carrier cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer for delivery delays.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In the event of an exchange, we will pay the new shipping costs from us to you.

14-day right of return

We comply with the Distance Selling Act, which means you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or the majority of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition, and in its original packaging.

If you, as a customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function, and this has resulted in the returned item being of lesser value, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's reduced value from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund
