Avansee™ Preload1P is a preloaded monofocal intraocular lens (IOL) from Japanese manufacturer KOWA, designed for safe, controlled, and efficient implantation in cataract surgery. The unique injector system enables single‑handed delivery and features a lubricated internal surface that provides exceptionally low and consistent friction throughout injection. This minimizes stress on the lens and supports predictable, secure implantation.

The lens unfolds smoothly and rapidly inside the eye, supported by a haptic design that prevents adhesion between haptics and optic. With an optimal water content (≤2.0%), the lens maintains excellent flexibility and shape recovery, ensuring stable in‑bag positioning after implantation.
